  14. Suggest and advise you as to any changes needed to make your property more saleable.
  15. Update you constantly as to any changes in the marketplace.
  16. Call you regularly with buyer feedback, showings and advice.
  17. Continue the above points weekly until an offer is written.
  18. Represent you on all offer presentations to assist you in negotiating the best possible price and terms.
  19. Handle all of the follow-up upon a contract being accepted including all buyer financing updates, title and other
  20. Our Transaction Coordinator confirms all Closing details.
  21. Deliver your check at closing.
